The
friars lived in this monastery for seven
centuries, until 1997, when the Order Santa
Maria dei Servi gave it to the Sansepolcro
Cathedral.

The
presents of the Servi is continued today through
a family belonging to the Order of Diaconie
Laiche, who look after the church and the
convent guestrooms.

In
occasion of the Great Jubilee in 2000 all the
rooms were completely restored and suitable for
welcoming guests.

The
hostel guestrooms represent a centre of
hospitality satisfying the most varied
requirements for study, spirituality and prayer
groups (connected to University, Clubs and
Cultural Association).

The upstairs rooms are five, two with bathroom and the other three with basin and external bathroom.

The
hostel guestrooms keep all the architectonic and
artistic features of the ancient monastery.

bedrooms are perfectly furnished with antique
furniture and accessories.
